Turn over a category card and read it out loud. Then start the timer on the egg. After you call out an answer to the category, toss the egg to another player. Act fast because you never know when the egg will SPLATTTT! If that happens when you're holding the egg, you collect a card. And if you collect three of those, you are out of the game.
