Description:
Numbered cards indicate how far you may move in any turn. Get a 5 and move ahead 5 spaces. Get a 4 and move back 4 spaces. A 7 lets you split your move among two pawns, while an 11 lets you switch places with an opponent for better positioning. But most of all, watch out for the Sorry card, for someone will send you right back to where you started! It's the game that has everyone saying, "Sorry!" For 2 to 4 players

Sorry
OMG...we had an 8 yr old visit with us this past weekend and she brought this game with her....she went to bed at 10, 6 adults continued the playing until 2:30 in the morning........what a great game! Brought back many memories, what a classic to still be around.
Which brought us to a debate....didn't the game designed in the 50's have a multi 1 and 2 card......both #'s appeared on the same card so you could use it as a 1 or 2?
If anyone can shed any light on that, we'd appreciate it!

Sorry! is a great family game, a great game for kids, too. It is amazing that such a simple gameboard and instructions can amount to such a strategy box!

This is the best family game on the market. Especially if you play by Arkansas rules. At the end of what most people would call a game we call a round. You get 1 point for each piece in home & -2 for each one in start. Starting with round 2 the winner of the last round selects what special rules he wants implemented in that round. We play backwards sorry, super slide, 4 corners & many other variations. For instance 4 corners is if you land on a corner you hop to the opposite corner. Super slide is where if you land on slide you slide all the way to the 2nd slide. You pick as many variations or as few as you want. It is a blast!

Fifty years of Sorry & still laughing!
Our original Sorry game had wooden pieces and showed men in dinner jackets and women in evening dress playing Sorry. It has always been the most fun game to play, and has reduced me, my parents and my nephews and nieces to helpless laughter. Fun for all ages, especially when playing a grudge match!
