Great Murder Mystery party to throw!!!
This was my 1st dinner/mystery party, and it was a BLAST! I played a dual role as host/butler, and the police detective who helped the characters along their way with the reading and revealing of their clues and hidden pasts. All the characters were in costume, and i went to IParty to buy all the beads/boas/decorations/mardi gras masks, etc. Turned out to be very inexpensive to put on. We all were surprised by the murderer. Dinner menu was excellent, and i gave out mini decks of playing cards to all as a token gift, and a Movie Night package as prize to the winner(s) of the game. I strongly suggest you play this game. Great fun!!!! Can't wait to host another (Staying Alive, or Murder On The Grill)....

A laughing good time!!
We had a great time and enjoyed all the scandal. We changed a bit of the menu but the Hurricanes were great. Only thing was that we never knew who should speak first so sometimes things didn't make sense and comments were out of turn. Everyone had great costumes and really got into character.

We had a blast!
I want to say that I have wanted a Murder Mystery Game from Bepuzzled for years, and finally got one for XMAS 2007. We played it during Mardi Gras week at my home and we had a blast! One of my guests was a true New Orleans belle and graduate of Tulane, so of course she played the part of Alexis Du Pre, Miss Magnolia, to a T. The recipes were excellent and yours truly got a little tipsy on the Hurricanes. Everyone wants to play the Murder at St. James Park (bonus CD) this February...

The best game/party I have ever done or attended.
This has got to be the best game I have ever played and the best party I have ever wanted to do. I wanted to do a party for halloween but I didn't want just the same ole thing so I found this game and the fact that New Orleans is my favorite city of all times and that I had just come back from Mardi Gras and had so much decoration. All my guest came dressed and stayed in character. I can not wait to find another game. We will probably end up doing all of the games. Keep them coming. Now I would love to see more characters added because I had 16 people play and it worked out great and I think it wouldn't have nearly been as fun without them but having double characters was a challenge but it wont stop me from playing.

Great Party!!! We can't wait to have another!
WOW! This was so much fun!!! This was the second murder mystery game that we have hosted. Loved the characters and the setting. The week before the party I sent emails to all the guest each day that had some kind of hint about each guest and the murder to get everyone excited. Also, set up a room in our home just like the murder scene (From the police report) including a chalk drawing on the floor of the victim. I served a cajun and creole 4 course meal in between the chapters. Our guest all showed in costume and was great at adding their own spin of their characters. We also had our party during the week of Mardi Gras so it was easy for everyone to find masks and beads. I can't wait until our next murder!

My high school students loved it!
I brought this idea to my high school students for their final and they loved it. The students in Health and Nutrition class were able to create a budget for decorations, create the menu, dress up and enjoy a great meal they created. I recommend this for anyone and at any time of the year.
