These Games are Great The game comes with a complete second game on a CD, which we ended up playing - and it was fantastic. We loved that there wasn't a script, just suggestions for characters to make sure they revealed, which was perfect. All guests dressed and acted in character the momment they arrived. Our decor: we drew a body outline on the floor with tape and decorated the house with a number of props from the classic Clue game - complete with oversized large evidence bags and tags. We added a few more like "the other candlestick" and a golf club "already" claimed by some golf-pro's wife. We dressed up the police report by printing it on official looking paper with a wax seal, and taped the crime scene photo into a file folder. Just like Law & Order. Highly recommend, and we have already sent out invites for a second game. --Donna from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
What a reunion Hi Murder Mystery Game Fans...this was the fifth one my wife and I threw. If you are just starting out...I would highly recommend Bullets and Bar-b-que, Staying Alive or Lethel Lueu...they supply there own "dialogue" which helps greatly. Our fourth one was the Chicago Caper and it didn't have any dialogue which confused us...Murder on Misty Island was the same way but we were better prepared for it. As always, the game is only as good as the guests you invite. With eight suspects, it may be a little more challenging to guess the murderer, but I'm sure everyone will have fun trying. Enjoy!!! --Brian from Medina, NY
Really fun! But not a good first murder mystery dinner This game was easy to get into. The characters had costumes that everyone would have, so you don't have to spend a fortune on costumes. The decorations are easy to do as well (tropical, island, maritime etc). This mystery does not have dialog suggestions and it was our first murder mystery dinner, so it made it harder to answer questions etc. However, we still had a lot of fun, and I would recommend this to those who have done a murder mystery or two! Also, the CD that came in mine had the wrong scene setting track on it (I think it was for another mystery, as it was talking about characters not in our game). The CD is not necessary to play the game. We found a random picture on the internet and pretended it was the murder victim. We smashed the glass and put fake blood on it. We also put fake blood on a butcher knife and hid it under various character's napkins all night as they would get up to refresh drinks/food! Really fun, even though we were a bit confused at first! --Katie from Denver, CO
