Description:
Callisto is a seriously satisfying and undeniably simple game to learn but it's a game that uses strategic skills and a little luck to master. The object of the game is to be the player who successfully places the most tiles on the board; tiles must always be placed next to another tile of the same color. While placing your tiles you not only want to cover the most ground so you gain points, but you'll want to block the others from doing so too!

The game was designed by the world's most accomplished game inventor, Reiner Knizia. He has won major international board game prizes, including the most influential, the Spiel des Jahr in Germany in 2008.

Contents: 72 plastic tiles and 12 pillars, 1 plastic playing board, 3 printed color backgrounds (for 2, 3 and 4 player versions) and instructions.

Warning: Choking Hazard - Contains small parts not suitable for children under 3 years.

Really fun!
I have played this a number of times. It was taught to me in under 5 minutes, but I am still working out better ways to play and win! I like how there are three game boards for the different number of people playing. A 4-person game is just as challenging as a 2-person game by just changing the board layout. I love it. I am hooked and keep challenging people to play when I am looking for something to do. Because it is so easy people are open to playing repeatedly. Good times!
