Side-splitting, funniest game my family ever played!
My entire family laughed so hard that we literally laughed ourselves to tears! Anyone who doesn't think this is hilarious, really needs to lighten up. Life is too short not to LAUGH like this game causes you too. Way to go!

reality bites...but this game doesn't
this is the latest game i purchased with a tiny payout from bites dog is great fun for players 10 up, in fact anyone who can read the front cover of a newspaper...being a radio journalist i felt i have an unfair advatage over other family members but not so, anyone can use a bit of flair and word play to come up with the funniest side splitting headlines...this is the most played game at home and when friends visit it's a hoot.
the exclusive card double point score is a huge bonus when you come up with lame headlines and giving words like lawyer no point score makes sense...hope they expand the game with add-ons.
man bites dog is so simple to play and's a great escape from the real news of the day.

that is the most amazingly histerical game ive ever played!

Good basic idea, but needs some tweaking
This game seems to be a great concept, creating silly faux news healines from a hand of random words, but in reality it's actually quite boring. I think the only problem is that it's way too simple. Almost any headline can be considered realistic because we live in such a crazy world and the point values on the cards seem quite random as well. It seems there are difficult words, like "feds", that give each player zero points while at the same time words such as,"naked" that have a high point value but are easy to throw into any sentence. Also, the "exclusive" cards that double the players point value are basically pointless. I would determine this game unenjoyable and would not reccomend it to anyone.

Bang for Your Buck
This is the best game in America. First, three generations can play at once and nobody is bored all to hell. Second, kids (and adults) who aren't particularly adept at language get to use language in a way that's fun (now if only they could do the same for math....) Third, you'll laff till ya cry. Warning: may foster dependency on adult diapers.

A Hoot!!
The headlines you can come up with are priceless! Fun for everyone.

Superb! I'm buying several more for Christmas presents!
This is a FUN, easy to learn, fast-playing game. Each player draws five cards, has the option of exchanging three of them, and then formulates a headline. Each card has a noun, verb, adverb, adjective, or short phrase on it... and a point value from 5 to 50 based on (I believe!) its humor potential. Play one of the three "Exclusive!" cards and it doubles your score. Fellow players judge whether or not your headline is valid based on both grammar and plausibility. The resulting headlines are often hilarious... and if a large group is playing I'd recommend a 10-point bonus for the funniest result each turn.

fun party game
I am a member of two groups that meet regularly to play games. By far, this is the most popular and most requested game I am asked to bring. It always generates a good time and lots of laughs.

This game is so much fun! You can change the rules slightly to make it even more challenging - for a Man bites dog marathon. All ages enjoy this! Need new refill cards to keep excitement about game.

Fun and at a closer glance..
Man Bites Dog is a game that represents how the media may manipulate something to make it sell to an audience when it is not completely true. It uses headlines to do this, and the aim is to earn also helps if the headlines are funny or ridiculus. It's informing people of how journalism works - and makes it fun.

Quick Laughs
This is such an awesome game. Me and a few friends were at our high school wrestling tournament and one kid pulled it out. I was able to pick it up right away. It was so much fun that we were distracted and missed part of the awards ceremony.

hilariously funny
this was given to me as a christmas present. I did have my doubts at first, but these were laughed away as soon as we began to play. the only downside to it is the 'no point' cards, as its frustrating when you get one and its the only card in your hand that fits into the headline. But the laughter will keep going regardless to this small downside. would reccommend this a thousand times over to anyone. Enjoy

Fun for all ages.
First heard about the game on the Kelly and Michael show. It seemed like fun so I got it. And it is a lot of fun for all ages.
--Sharon from PA

Lots of laughs. Great for small and large groups...young and old
Initially played this with my neighbors. But then tried it with their kids, too. It adapts to whoever is playing. Like that there is no learning curve--just immediate fun. Also like that it has a sneaky educational aspect to it....sentence structure, grammar and vocabulary along with the giggles. Really is a bargain for what it delivers.
