- Please allow one business day for all orders to be processed and shipped.
- AreYouGame.com does not process or ship orders over the weekends or on holidays.
- All orders placed after 10:00 a.m. PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
- If your order is received by us no later than 10:00 a.m. PST Monday through Friday, it will be processed the same day.
- Your order will be shipped from Memphis, TN. Click here to see the UPS Ground posted transit times from our warehouse in Memphis, TN.
- Our Standard Shipping packages are currently shipping via UPS Ground. UPS Ground operates on a Monday-Friday schedule. Delivery times to residential addresses can range from 9am until 7pm in certain areas. Most packages are delivered by 5pm, though.
- UPS has a full range of answers to commonly asked questions. Please feel free to browse their FAQ section in order to find answers to any additional questions you may have.

placed through our affiliates such as Amazon.com and Shop.com may take
longer to receive and process than orders placed directly through our site. If
an order is placed through an affiliate prior to 10:00 a.m. we cannot guarantee
that it will be received and processed by us in time for shipping that day. If

Expedited Shipping Notice
AreYouGame.com and UPS are not responsible for delivery delays due to extreme weather conditions, as per the UPS Guaranteed Service Contract. In extreme weather, it is possible for expedited and ground packages to experience delays. Unfortunately, such situations are beyond our control. Please be mindful of such issues when planning to ship packages during the winter season.

Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses, U.S. Territories
We are unable to use Express or Premium Shipping services to PO BOXES, U.S. protectorates and APO/FPO addresses. Orders to these addresses will ship via US Priority Mail with no guaranteed transit times.

Alaska
and Hawaii Shipping
All orders going to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via US Priority Mail for all Standard Ground shipments. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Premium and Express requests will be shipped via UPS expedited air. Please note that Hawaii addresses may accrue additional charges depending on the weight and cubic size of each given order.

Shipping
At this time AreYouGame.com is unable to provide shipping to any international destination outside of the
United States, its territories, and military addresses. For shipping to Europe, please visit our sister site, AreYouGame.eu. For shipping to Japan, you can access our online
catalog through one of our affiliates, Shop.com who, for an additional fee, will provide shipping
to limited destinations. You must set up an account through Shop.com and will be subject to their
rules and regulations.

Sales
Tax
Sales tax will be applied to all orders that are shipped to addresses within California, Tennessee, and Washington. By law, we must apply sales tax to the entire order including shipping and handling. If you are ordering by fax or mail, please add 9.25% sales tax for orders being shipped to California and Tennessee and 8.3% sales tax for orders being shipped to Washington.
