card, your liability is limited to $50 no matter how much is charged to
your account. If your credit card provider does hold you liable for any
part of this $50, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the
full $50.
We will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit
card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at AreYouGame.com.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your
credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason
you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of
receiving the order. Simply re-package any item you want to return along

Upon receipt, we will reimburse you for the amount that applies to the item(s)
along with any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges will
not be reimbursed unless the return is a result of our error or the product
is defective. If you refuse delivery of an order, we will deduct the return
shipping charge of $5.00 from your refund. If you are missing any parts,
please call 1-800-471-0641 to request the missing parts instead of returning
the entire order.
