Canceling or Modifying an Order
To make your shopping experience convenient, we offer you four different ways
to order our games and puzzles:
Ordering online is available 24 hours every day; the fastest way to get our
products shipped to you! Just follow these three steps:
- Choose the product(s) you want to order by placing the item(s)
into your shopping cart then indicate the quantity for each.
- Provide an address and phone number for each delivery destination.
- Choose the credit card you want to use.
We will send you a confirmation of shipment via email as soon as we ship your

following information available: product number and name, delivery location

- Please make sure to enclose a money order (in US dollars)
with your complete address or your credit card number and expiration date.
If you can't print out your order form, please make sure you provide all of
the information listed on the form. Any incomplete orders will be returned with
a request to provide any missing or incorrect information.
If you prefer to order by fax:

- Fax your order form to 415-503-0085. Please make sure to
include your credit card number and expiration date. Please make sure you
provide all of the information listed on the form. Any incomplete orders will
be returned with a request to provide any missing or incorrect information.
AreYouGame.com works diligently to make sure that our website reflects the most recent pricing as well as current stock. Occasionally the price of an item may have changed or an item that is shown on our site is out of stock. If an item's correct price is lower than what is shown on the website, we will automatically charge you the lower price. If an item's correct price is higher than what is shown on our site, we will notify you via e-mail and verify your purchase with you before we ship. If an item on our site is found to be out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail.
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for
any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30
days of receiving the order. Simply re-package any item you want to return and ship to the following address:

Please include your name, order number and the desired action. You may choose:
- Exchange - Please include the new item name and number. (If there is a difference in price the card on file will be used to credit or cover the difference.)
- Store Credit - Please include an email address where we can send your credit code
- Refund - Credit card on file will be credited
If you choose a refund, upon receipt of the item, we
will reimburse you for the amount that applies to the item(s) along with any
applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed unless
the return is a result of our error or the product is defective. If you refuse delivery
of an order, we will deduct the return shipping charge from your refund. If you are
missing any parts, please call 1-800-471-0641 to request the missing parts instead
of returning the entire order.
During the Holiday Season, we extend our 30-Day Return Policy to cover any gifts that might be ordered. Orders placed from November 8th through December 31st may be returned until January 31st.

AreYouGame.com is committed to providing fast and reliable processing of your
order. In order to achieve this goal, we begin processing your order within
hours of receiving it. As a result of this, changes to your order including
cancellations are in most cases impossible. If you need to make a change to
your order or cancel it outright, please call us at 1-800-471-0641. We will
try our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that
we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been sent to our warehouse.
