you do with any other credit card purchase. That's why we use the most advanced

do I track an order I already placed?
The day following the shipment of your order, we will e-mail you a shipping
confirmation notice with the tracking number and website link to track the progress
of your package. As a registered customer, you can also view the status of your order directly on our website. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within three
business days of placing your order, or if you notice a problem while tracking
your order with the link we emailed you, please contact us immediately at: orders@areyougame.com

do I find a gift for a friend or relative?
Use our Gift Finder! At the top of every page you'll find a gift
button to help you find the right gift for any occasion. Simply click on the
package and enter the age range, interest, and/or game type that match what you are
trying to find. We'll do the rest. You can also check out the promotions we're
offering or visit our "Familiar Favorites", a selection of games brimming
with your favorite characters and themes. Look in our "Age Categories"
where we've chosen games that we think best fit these particular age groups.

you deliver to international locations?
We do not currently ship to international addresses. You can order online from
anywhere in the world, but you must have a U.S. delivery address. We do deliver
to APO addresses.

forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for credit card payment.
If you want to order by mail, you can also pay by money order in U.S. dollars.

do I report a problem with an order?
If you received wrong, incomplete, or damaged goods, please let us know immediately.
We want to make sure that you get exactly what you ordered and that it is delivered
properly. You can call us at 1-800-471-0641 or email us at orders@areyougame.com,
and we'll correct the mistake immediately.

do I ship a product to more than one location?
If you are sending products to more than one location, simply press the "Add
an Address" button on the CheckOut Page to list all your desired shipping
addresses. You will then be able to designate individual shipping addresses
for each product. You can even split quantities of a single product to different
locations. These addresses will also be stored for registered customers so that
you may reference them for subsequent purchases. Shipping and handling as well
as associated sales tax will be applied to each location accordingly. You can
even designate the delivery service and special messages for each location.

Can
I provide a gift note on my gift order?
Yes, you can! If you want to provide a note with your gift, just type it in
the "Special Messages" box on your checkout form and we'll make sure
it is included. Be sure to click on the "Don't Show Prices" box if you don't want the prices to appear on the packing slip.
