Great fun for groups of friends. This game presents you with questions about particular people playing. All players have to answer 'imagine if' one of the players were a chair - what kind of chair would they be? A lounge chair? A barstool? A loveseat? It also puts players in situations. Imagine if a certain player were stuck in traffic. What would she or he do? Would they rest calmly? Would they honk their horn? Would they yell at other drivers? It is a great game and very psychological in a certain sense. Great for my group of close friends in Montreal! --Tiger from Montreal, Quebec, CA
Fun...and intresting This was a fun game. It started some really great conversations and my group of 8 friends still busts it out every now and again. You won't be screaming and yelling with the game BUT you will really enjoy it with some friends over a few glasses of wine. --Anthony from San Jose CA
What a blast, even with people who do not know each other well. I have had this game for at least 3 years. It is different each time & with each group of people. I took it to a party last Saturday and we had to play it again. So long trivia. I am now online purchasing it for 4 people who played it the other night. Lots of laughs. --Veronica from Peabody, Massachusetts
Awesome.. My friends and I love to play this game. It's so much fun and it gets people into a good mood. You learn to laugh not only at other people but at yourself. I have tons of games in my game closet but when we get together with our friends or new people they want to play Imaginiff. Great Ice breaker. --Marilyn from Mobile, AL
We love this game! This is our favorite game. It's funny and relaxing. No hastling with a lot of game pieces or money. It inspires "good-natured" disagreements and is always enjoyable. --janice from Pittsburgh
Game Useful in Speech Therapy My middle school students love this game. I use it to teach auditory processing and categorization. They beg me to play it, because they love "talking" about each other! I have to admit, I enjoy playing this game with them (but you know middle school students, you can't tell them that or it's the kiss of death). I highly reccommend this game to my colleagues! --Kelly from Bay Area, Northern California
You can't get tired of it - - - so much fun! Imaginiff is a hilarious game that my friends and I could just keep playing over and over again. We get a lot of laughs, even if we don't know eachother very well. Questions like... if you were being robbed in the middle of the night, what would you do?... a)pretend you're sleeping and rely on insurance b)scream c)wake your partner and demand action d)sneak out and call the cops.... and so on. Great fun! --Alex from Chicago
Use players' names or famous people I played this game with my Wednesday gaming group. It went over pretty well. I told the players we could use their names or the names of famous people. The majority voted for famous people. I mixed it up with a political figure (Sarah Palin), an athlete (Tiger), a "party girl" (Paris) a wealthy person (Bill Gates), a movie star (George Clooney), a late night host (Conan), a game show host (Bob Barker), and a fictional character (Homer Simpson). It was a fun time. Ironically, on a George Clooney question, the first answer on the card was George Clooney. "If George Clooney were looking for the perfect celebrity roommate . . ." He turned out to be the most popular answer.
The one thing to remember is if you're the subject of a question and people don't answer they way you think they would, don't take it personally. That ruins the game for everyone playing. But this is a great game for groups and people who can laugh at themselves on occasion. --Mike C. from New York City
