Love these!
My boyfriend and I love these puzzles. We have completed, Pluto, Minnie and Mickey, dinosaur the castle, and the Eiffel tower. We agreed they may be challenging for younger kids. But once you get the hang of it, it'll take no time at all!

Not Extremely Difficult !
The only issue I am having with this puzzle is that the tightening screws WON'T TIGHTEN ! Because of this... I cannot finish my puzzle. Putting the puzzle together was fairly simple for me once I figured it out. It's pretty simple to figure out, for me. But those darn screws are what have me, and my Husband, frustrated because they just will NOT TIGHTEN !

Can't Find the Instructions
My husband and I are having a great deal of difficulty trying to put the Tower together. On the puzzle box, it gives a website to contact to receive "complete instructions." It is your website--nowhere can I find these instructions. Would you kindly send them to us. Thank you AreYouGame.com says: Instructions are on the manufacture's homepage: http://www.universitygames.com/instructions.asp

Review For Replacement Puzzle
I received this replacement puzzle in the mail on August 31, 2015... Thanks so much. The puzzle was not easy to assemble this time around... really tried my patience to the point where I was crying. Lots of little pieces and the way that the top observation deck went together with the four legs below that was really hard to do and takes a lot of dexterity and being really meticulous with it. It fell apart on me a few times. The screw rods for Part B (Upper Observation Deck) went in easier... except that two of them would not tighten. My Husband looked at it today (Sept. 01, 2015), though, and he was able to get them to tighten. The problem with this puzzle is that the screws just will not "catch" properly into the hole they need to go into so it takes a little work trying to get them to tighten. But my Husband fixed that and now my puzzle is together and that's all I care about. Thanks for another great challenge. I think I'll stay away from doing puzzles for a little while though !
